Telemitry joined Florida Georgia Line, Nelly and Chris Lane on tour this Summer for a baseball stadium concert series as their tour DJ. The sold out tour featured a genre blending event ranging from country music to EDM. With an average audience of 15k per night, it was clear to see the new music buyer is a fan of all genres and simply out for a good time.
Telemitry returned to Paradise Island for the NYE celebration at Atlantis. The 50,000 sq ft. room was transformed into a Masquerade themed celebration featuring burlesque dancers and aerialists to help ring in 2014. The guests included a room full of high rollers and celebrity clientele dancing in the new year underneath a spectacular light and sound production.
Telemitry was back in Hollywood for the 4th year in a row to DJ the Cash Money Records Grammy Party. Check out the below write up in Billboard magazine.
“If there was any question that Young Money Cash Money Billionaires lives up to its high-rolling moniker, then one would need look no further than the annual pre-Grammy party thrown by the New Orleans-bred, currently Miami-based label group that brought us hip-hop superstars like Lil Wayne and Drake. The annual party has become one of the premier Grammy Week events: in 2012, it was held at Paramount Studios, while this year’s edition took place at The Lot, another massive Hollywood film-soundstage complex. Appropriately, the theme for 2013 is “vintage Vegas,” according to David Berke, president of event-planning/design firm Colin Cowie. “It’s ‘Rat Pack’ mixed with Crazy Horse: classy and elegant, but a little bit wrong.” That’s clear from the authentic ’51 Cadillac at the end of the red carpet, exclusive V.I.P.-only cabanas that could’ve come from Caesar’s Palace during Elvis’ fat years, and the omnipresent weed smell. Hey, it’s practically legal in California, right?
Inside the cavernous makeshift ballroom, burlesque dancers gyrate above a high-tech, LED-bedecked stage, where DJ Telemitry pumps beats for the boldfaced likes of Lil Wayne, Drake, Diplo, Birdman, Tyga, Paris Hilton, Afrojack, Ashanti, Mya, Christina Milian, Kelis, Meek Mill — in addition to an elite ground of label chiefs, A&Rs, branding execs, publishers, managers, and all around biz power players. “We’re the tastemakers, and this is the congratulations for our accomplishments,” explains producer Detail (Lil Wayne, Pussycat Dolls, Beyoncé) before firing up a blunt. The evening really kicked off around midnight, finding Ace Hood spitting on the mic, DJ Khaled storming the stage to spin Drake’s new single, “Started from the Bottom,” in honor of the double-Grammy nominee’s presence, and YMCMB co-founder/artist Bryan “Birdman” Williams receiving a car-shaped birthday cake. We can’t make this stuff up.”
Telemitry had the pleasure of celebrating July 4th at the beautiful Atlantis, Paradise Island in the Bahamas this year. Having previously worked with the amazing Angel City Designs during the Cash Money Record events, Telemitry was called in to entertain over 12,000 people on the main stage directly in front of the resort. The set began at 4pm and continued right up until the fireworks at 10pm, and started up again to keep the dance party going through the night. Thanks to Angie Gray and Angel City Designs for the photos.

The A-list event mastermind, who helped orchestrate blowout Eve parties at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, celebrated his 50th birthday with a dinner at Playacar Palace in Mexico. Padma Lakshmi, Nate Berkus, Jason and Haley Binn, Clear Channel’s Bob Pittman, chef Todd English and NBC’s Ted Harbert, all joined Cowie for the event, where Natalie Cole sang “Unforgettable.”
DJ Telemitry was called once again by celebrity event planner Colin Cowie to be a part of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak’s marriage to Kroy Biermann, of the Atlanta Falcons.
The “black-tie glamorous” wedding was held at the couple’s home outside of Atlanta in Roswell. Kim walked down the aisle in a Baracci Beverly Hills wedding dress which featured Swarovski crystals, pearl beads and platinum coated thread.
Guests at the wedding included “Millionaire Matchmaker” Patti Stanger and celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

There’s no better setting for a birthday weekend than the stunning Platinum Coast of Barbados. The amazing Sandy Lane Hotel was the site of a private birthday party weekend designed by Colin Cowie. DJ Telemitry had the privilege of entertaining the crowd before and after the events surprise live entertainment, Cee Lo Green. Famous chef Jean-Georges provided the cuisine for the event and also managed to spend some time in the dj booth.
Telemitry had the pleasure to DJ for restaurateur and chef Todd English’s birthday celebration in Nantucket
As described by Colin Cowie:
“The moment guests arrived on the island of Nantucket, the glamour factor was immediately at a fever high; the most beautiful people I’ve seen in a long time had come from all over to celebrate Todd. The party started with a dinner on the deck at the Summer House, and I personally felt like James Bond, only this time 009.5 (double 0 nine and a half). There were beautiful women everywhere! After dinner, we made our way to the Summer House Dining Room and Bar, where I presented a case of Avion Reposado Tequila. You would swear I was serving Margaux ‘82 by the way everyone reacted to the smooth flavor of this very refined tequila made famous on the HBO hit series, Entourage. The party immediately took off as DJ Telemitry gave us a taste of what to expect the rest of the weekend. A great night, or better yet, a very early morning marked the first of many parties to come.
The next day was a workday for my team as we prepared for that night’s celebration. The invitation informed guests to wear white and meet us at the pool deck for sunset cocktails, and to bring along a change of clothes in order to depart at sunrise, wearing black. Everyone took the theme very seriously, and after a day in the sun, Todd’s gorgeous group of sun-kissed guests looked great in their white attire. The whole area was decorated in Moroccan-style with Moroccan tents, furniture, rugs, and lanterns that were brought all the way from Moroccan Prestige, based in New York City. Again fueled with cocktails and Avion Tequila, I found myself feeling very 11pm at 8pm as the party kicked into high gear. Todd, looking very handsome in a white Gucci suit, was in his element, and surrounded by beautiful women, was clearly having a good time. With everyone seated at long dinner tables filled with stunning flowers, we enjoyed a spectacular dinner of Foie Gras and Lobster. The highlight was a speech from Todd followed by an amazing toast from his son Oliver. After dinner and a short burlesque performance, we all followed the flaming tiki torches down to the beach with a change into our black clothes along the way.
Set on the white sand and facing the ocean was a beautiful matching Moroccan tent that had been filled with ottomans and rugs, the DJ for the night, a fully decked out bar, and a pair of fire pits on the sand. On cue, amazing fire dancers flown in from Cabo appeared! It was nothing short of spectacular! Performers on stilts, along with dancers, flamethrowers, and drummers entertained the crowd by spinning balls of fire through the air against the full moon shining over the sparkling ocean, and all of it fueled with lots of Avion. We danced, we laughed at the many hysterically funny stories everyone told, and we listened to guitar music and sang along too. By now I was feeling very 0014.
At some stage, we made our way back to the Summer House Bar for some rock and roll performed by Morgan Door. Afterwards, DJ Telemitry took over and really got us into gear. When the police complained, we went back down to the beach for another round of tequila shots. When they complained again, the die-hard partiers, the very last group standing, came back to my room for a few more laughs and just a few more stories. When the sun came up, we went back to the beach for a Bloody Mary, scrambled eggs, bacon, and croissant sunrise breakfast.
I had to get some sleep before flying back to New York, and thankfully a handful of aspirin and a bottle of water were waiting in my room when I got back. With a smile wrapped two-and-half times around my face, I said my goodbyes to new friends and old. I have never seen Todd happier, and that was the best part of the whole weekend.” – Colin Cowie
Colin Cowie oversaw the Cash Money Records pre-Grammy party in Feb. 2011 at The Lot in Los Angeles. The party guru called upon DJ Telemitry to work the turn tables for the night’s festivities. The space was transformed into a bank vault complete with a gold carpet and dance floor, dollar-sign floral arrangements and Cash Money-upholstered lounge beds. Guests included Drake, Nicki Minaj, Jay Sean, Kevin Rudolph, and Lil Wayne. The Evening ended with a impromtu performance by Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes while Telemitry played some of the rappers’ biggest hits.
DJ Telemitry was the choice for actress Alyssa Milano as she wed Hollywood agent David Bugliari at his family’s estate in New Jersey.
Milano, wearing a custom gown by Vera Wang and a headpiece by Maria Elena and holding a bouquet of lily of the valley flowers, walked down an aisle strewn with cream-colored rose petals and natural grass to the tune of John Lennon’s “Imagine.”
Dinner was served family style on rustic farmhouse tables in a tent with wood flooring and wrought iron chandeliers. Event planner Colin Cowie created just the right atmosphere for the family-oriented couple.
Celebrity guests included Bradley Cooper, Ryan Seacrest, Will Ferrill and Jeremy Pivens (who sat in on drums for a few songs).
